These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Carol Margaret Lowell, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of CarolMargaretLowell.com (the “Website”), all associated pages, one-on-one services, live events, digital products, downloadable audio products, the Sacred Alignment Circle membership community, and any related content, products, services, or offerings (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing products or services, joining the Sacred Alignment Circle, or otherwise participating in our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.
2. Description of Services and Offerings
We provide spiritual guidance sessions, intuitive services, energy work, guided meditations, downloadable audio products, educational materials, membership communities, events, teachings, and related offerings intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, energetic support, and general well-being.
All Services are experiential and spiritual in nature.
3. Spiritual Services Disclaimer
All sessions, readings, meditations, teachings, energy work, intuitive guidance, mediumship, and spiritual services are provided for informational, educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.
These Services are not substitutes for medical treatment, mental health therapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, business advice, relationship counseling, or other professional services.
Nothing provided through the Platform is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical, psychological, emotional, or physical conditions.
If you are currently under the care of medical or mental health professionals, you should continue that care and consult with appropriate professionals before incorporating our Services into your routine.
Do not listen to guided meditations or immersive audio experiences while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring full attention.
4. Mediumship, Intuitive Guidance, and Assumption of Risk
Psychic readings, mediumship, intuitive guidance, energetic transmissions, and spiritual insights are subjective experiences.
They should not be interpreted as guarantees, predictions, factual statements, promises, or absolute truths.
Participation in meditation, energy work, spiritual practices, emotional processing, intuitive exploration, and community experiences may evoke emotional, energetic, psychological, physical, or spiritual responses.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Your use of the Platform and participation in Services is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
5. No Guarantees
Carol Margaret Lowell and Carol Margaret Lowell, LLC make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, experiences, transformations, healings, insights, results, financial improvements, relationship changes, or personal growth outcomes.
Individual experiences vary significantly.
Testimonials and examples do not guarantee future results.
6. Purchases, Payments, and Billing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases, subscriptions, memberships, and recurring charges.
Recurring Sacred Alignment Circle memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with purchases.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Scheduling
Due to the digital, experiential, and personalized nature of our offerings:
All sales are final.
We do not provide refunds, credits, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise required by law.
Digital products that cannot be accessed because of technical issues may be replaced or reissued at our discretion.
Sacred Alignment Circle memberships may be cancelled through account settings and will remain active through the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds will be issued.
Appointment scheduling, cancellations, late arrivals, missed sessions, and rescheduling policies communicated at booking are incorporated into these Terms.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
You agree to contact us before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks so we may attempt to resolve concerns.
Fraudulent, abusive, or excessive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
9. Digital Products License
All audio recordings, meditations, downloads, courses, written materials, and digital content are licensed, not sold.
Purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, share, distribute, upload, stream, sell, modify, publicly display, sublicense, or create derivative works from any purchased materials without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
10. Sacred Alignment Circle Membership and Community Access
Membership access is subscription-based and recurring unless otherwise stated.
You agree to comply with community guidelines and community standards.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or remove access to memberships, community spaces, products, accounts, or Services at our sole discretion.
Termination or removal does not automatically create entitlement to refunds.
Live sessions, workshops, community calls, or group experiences may be recorded.
By participating, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, comments, questions, or participation may appear in recordings accessible to others.
11. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
You are responsible for activities occurring under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
12. User Content and Conduct
You remain solely responsible for content posted within community spaces.
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, promotional, or harmful content.
By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and operate such content in connection with the Platform.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, restrict, or delete content at our discretion.
13. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including audio recordings, text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, teachings, downloads, and materials, is owned by Carol Margaret Lowell, LLC and protected under intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Electronic Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications, agreements, invoices, notices, disclosures, and updates.
Electronic communications satisfy legal communication requirements.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carol Margaret Lowell, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, emotional, consequential, or other damages arising from use of the Platform.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carol Margaret Lowell, LLC and its representatives, affiliates, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and legal fees arising from:
• your use of the Platform
• violation of these Terms
• actions taken based upon Services or information received
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, outages, cancellations, failures, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
19. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Minnesota law.
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Minnesota or in courts located within Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Disputes must be brought individually and not as class actions or representative proceedings.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
22. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
23. Assignment
We may assign, transfer, or delegate rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or sale of assets.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carol Margaret Lowell, LLC.
